Create an account
Once you register your account will have to be verified by our team. There is some important information we need from you in order to provide the best service.
| Email address so we can contact you to verify your account. |
| Business name so your clients can identify your profile. |
| Location so we can guide your clients to your venue if they get lost. |
| Logo or photo so your clients can recognize your business. |
| Contact so the clients can contact you if they need to. |
Design your queues
Choosing the right queue names is very important part of the process as you will be splitting up your clients in different queues accordying to the services you might provide
A good example of queue design for a Restaurant could be splitting the queues accordying to the number of diner grouping them up based on the number of tables that can be placed together. That way clients will join queues that they are interested in so they only get notifications when their specific queue moves.
- 1 to 4 Diner.
- 5 to 6 Diner.
- 7 to 10 Diner.
- 10+ Diner.

| Privacy Queues will only be shown on your profile if you set them active. |
| Limit Clients will not be accepted in queues that are full. |
Print your QR code - ONLY FOR WHATSAPP
Login to your account in your browser and go to Settings -> QR code. Save the QR code and print it along with some text of your choice.
| Stick your QR code somewhere visible and accesible for clients. You can also share your profile link or QR code on your social media. |
Go live
Make sure all your queues are visible and test queuing before starting the business day. Keep your dashboard open and wait for clients to join your queues.
